Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery after that is typically 5–8 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward — stay tuned.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. If you didn't receive one within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at sales@olesouthclothingco.org.

Products

What sizes do you carry?
We carry a wide range depending on the style — most items run XS through 5XL. Each product page includes a full size chart.

How do your shirts fit?
Our unisex tees and hoodies run true to size with a relaxed, comfortable fit. Our women's styles are cut slimmer. When in doubt, size up.

Are your products high quality?
Yes. We use premium blank garments and professional-grade printing through our trusted print partners. We don't put the Ole South name on anything we wouldn't wear ourselves.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items are final sale. Email sales@olesouthclothingco.org to start a return.

What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?
That's on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
